North West London where I work has many green spaces. Being outdoors can enhance our sense of health and wellbeing and increase the benefits of talking to a counsellor/psychotherapist.
We would have an initial appointment in a therapy room or online to discuss the suitability of walking and talking outdoors. Thereafter sessions can take place in the following green spaces:
- Roundwood Park (NW10)
- Gladstone Park (NW2)
- Wormwood Scrubs (W10)
- Golders Hill Park (NW11) /Hampstead Heath
We can discuss other options if none of the above are convenient.
